Faye’s Results

When we first met, Faye* struck me as ordered and clean yet charming and lovable. In her early 60s, she felt that her teeth had slowly changed over the years and they no longer reflected her friendly and approachable personality. Her stained front teeth and fillings bothered her and she wanted a “tidy up”.

Solution

After applying our ComfortBite process to determine an ideal jaw and bite position, we replaced Faye’s old ceramic and resin work with a mix of porcelain and ceramic veneers and crowns, and structurally improved other dentition. Years of previous dental work and age had taken its toll so it was important to balance tooth conservation and the protection of frail teeth.

Outcome

Faye’s restoration resulted in a uniform and age-appropriate style that perfectly reflected her personality. She looked and felt years younger and was looking forward to enjoying her 60s and beyond. Her lower face was better supported, and she found it easier to sleep at night.
